- Monthly accounting closing duties utilizing JD Edwards/Prism software
- journal entries, account reconciliation and account analyses.
- Prepare analyses of Foam Control plant manufacturing costs; provide
support to Operations as required.
- Oversee all financial functions required by tolling, consignment and
supply agreements.
- Administer local working fund bank account, petty cash fund and sales
tax reporting.
- Responsible for capital projects administration and reporting and
fixed assets accounting.
- Responsible for accurate inventory control including cycle counting
and annual physical inventory.
- Maintain product standard costs as well as monthly cost reviews of
plant raw materials.
- Responsible for coordination of accounts payable function through
local entry and/or Corporate AP.
- Coordinate development of annual plant budget and annual standard cost
updates.
- Supervise administrative support staff.
- Provide sales and margin analysis to Foam Control management and sales
team as required. Utilize GPS (Exact) software to retrieve data for
analysis.
- Prepare monthly management review package and other reports as
required.
- Provide necessary financial support as an active member of the Foam
Control management team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Accounting
or Finance.
- Minimum 8 years experience in varied financial/analytical and
accounting positions in a manufacturing environment.
- CPA, CMA and/or MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with JD Edwards/Prism software preferred.
- Self-starter with a desire to achieve - strong leadership and change
management skills.
- Strong computer/information technology skills and knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team player and business partner.
